Way back in the 70’s I recorded six Contemporary Christian Music LP’s (remember them?).
I also had about 100 of my songs published. Most of them through Word Music.
I performed my songs on the road from coast to coast. My road days might be over, but I am
still involved with my music doing small workshops teaching my songs to those interested
in my music. I also do some charity work preforming locally, singing, playing the piano
and guitar.
I have not composed any new songs for some time now, but my music is still alive and
doing quite well in churches that have a contemporary, or liturgical setting. The song that
I am most proud of is my version of the Lord’s Prayer I call ‘Our Father’,
which is still being sung in many churches around the world.
My proudest moment came in 1989 when my wife and I were invited along with some
friends to attend Pope John-Paul’s papal mass at Sun Devil Stadium in Phoenix Arizona
where more than 70 thousand worshipers who, when it came time for the Lord’s Prayer
in the service, all stood hand in hand singing my ‘Our Father’.
